New bone china is the strongest formulation: Stronger than traditional bone china and porcelain.
We make ours (slightly) thicker to improve chip, crack and scratch resistance.

Our glassware is quality crystal.
It's stronger than other fine crystal, but it isn't unbreakable.

BUT if any of our glasses arrive broken - We'll get a replacement to you straight-away
